		<description>In a position like his, Favreau would have been well aware that inappropriate actions cost careers, and that his actions were completely inappropriate.

I would have thought he should be forced to find alternative employment.

This does go to show just how careful one must be with respect to social media, and those like Favreau who misuse their position must be prepared to face the consequences.
