Send me pro-Palin proof and I'll pay for Palin advertising!
So many of you have commented to me that I’m just being harsh in regards to my treatment of Sarah Palin. That I’m being “selfishly biased” and that as a woman, I should be ashamed, and should want a woman to “break the glass ceiling”.
To all my critics I say, if Sarah Palin is such a marvelous candidate, then “show me the proof”. To all those who believe that she is ready to lead this nation, that she is prepared to deal with the tough topics that face our country, then bring it on!
My challenge to everyone is to show me all the positive proof you can find about Sarah Palin and her ability to lead this nation. No, I’m not talking about how wonderful a mother she is, or how great a woman she appears to be, or how hot she is (for you guys and girls who have disgraced yourselves with your sexist thoughts and comments). What I’m talking about is real PROOF. Here are examples:
1) An article by any news reporter or political pundit that indicates they feel she is truly qualified for this position, including proof of her leadership capabilities (not just “she’s governor and was mayor”. So what. Vice President of the United States isn’t the same thing as Mayor of Mayberry!).
2) An article or blog report from any government employee that Palin has worked with over the past few years indicating her leadership capabilities; anything other than her reputation as a “b word” (I didn’t say which word, mind you).
3) An article by any Alaskan reporter indicating that she is qualified for this position. Not that they SUPPORT her (of course they do, who wouldn’t want someone from their own state in the White House) but that she is truly capable of taking on the responsibilities of this office.
4) Any other respected source (government official, politician, well-known reporter, Alaskan citizen with solid evidence of her leadership accomplishments and intellectual abilities to do the job, etc.).
If I receive even one dozen of these articles, I will admit my errant mistakes publically! I will also refrain from publishing any articles here, or elsewhere on the Internet, negative news, information, or comments about Palin’s abilities. Until then, I reserve the right to continue to question her fitness for this position.
Not only will I publish that proof HERE, I will publish it on my own blog website, and with it, a public apology for my willfully having disparaged a God-selected saint to the high position of VP nominee. AND, I will pay for a Google AdWords ad, publically stating my overwhelming support for the venerable Sarah Palin, from the point at which I receive the last article, up to Election Day itself.
What this promise says about my sanity, I’m not sure, but what it should point out is the fact that there is VERY little out there about why this woman should be put in such a high position in our government. That there is VERY little proof that she truly does have what it takes to, if necessary, take the reins of this government and not “screw the moose” in the end (figuratively of course).
So bring it on, ye mass of Palin defenders! Lemme see what you’ve got!
